Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chickpeas and cook for another 5 minutes.
