Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into thin strips resembling fries.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
